    A Bank Probationary Officer (PO) in a Public Sector Banks, State Bank Of India OR “IBPS” Group Banks is the starting level appointment for bank officers to work for the respective bank. The POs have two years probation period during which they conduct major work profiles such as Credit Rating ,Loans & Advances, Foreign exchange , Management, Treasury, Risk, Marketing, IT, etc.

    Some times the vacancies in officers level in various Public Sector Banks, State Bank Of India OR “IBPS” Group Banks are filled from within the organization after internal exams and promotion of clerks and mostly by direct recruitment.
